DE-SHEDDING TREATMENT
A favourite for our Northern Specials and double coated dogs! Our treatment starts with specifically formulated spa line deshedding shampoo and conditioner to remove dirt and lift excess undercoat while adding shine, volume, and moisture to the dogs coat. We comfortably remove the dead undercoat keeping the shedding under control and your dogs undercoat working for them as nature intended.

EXTENSIVE MATTING REMOVAL
Extensive matting is uncomfortable & can be painful for your pet, even more so to have de-matted. If the dog is extensively matted beyond what we feel will be too much for your dog to have dematted, we will start fresh with a complete shave. Removing extensive matting involves detailed care and time to separate tight matting from the skin safely and without injury.

HANDSTRIPPING
For wire-coated dogs and owners who would like to achieve the natural breed look. Not all dogs can be groomed with a haircut or a shave - Some dogs need hand stripping (i.e. wire-coated dogs). The growing cycle of this particular type of wiry hair means that it becomes thicker and darker as it grows. Handstripping is the process of removing the hair from the root, from which a healthy new coat is able to grow through again.
