THE STEPS
WANT TO BOOK YOUR 1st APPOINTMENT?
Step 2: CONSULT & GROOM
All first-time clients receive an initial stylist consultation to discuss your pup's coat, skin, and preferences. After the consult, we'll get to pampering your dog and building our relationship with their selected grooming or spa treatment.
P.S. Please drop off your pup no sooner than 5 minutes to their appointment time.
Step 3: PICK-UP TIME & reVIEW
You'll get a call when your pup is ready for pick-up. After your appointment, you'll receive a visit report with photos of the groom, a personalized note about how they did, and any recommendations for home maintenance.
Returning clients have the option of booking a Pet Taxi to take their pooch's to and from their future grooming appointments.
