Founder of Cheeky Chops Pet Salon & YK Sitter, Cameron has been working professionally with animals for over a decade. Her calm, confident energy and deep love for dogs creates a grooming experience centered on trust, comfort and care. Cameron ensures every dog feels safe, understood and valued.

Beyond the salon, Cameron is a proud advocate for pets of the NWT, collaborating with organizations like Veterinarians Without Borders, supporting therapy-dog programs and volunteering during times of need. She believes grooming is about more than just looking fabulous - it's feeling fabulous with a focus on coat & skin health. She is dedicated to helping every dog leave Cheeky Chops happy, healthy and confident.

Brook was the first team member to join Cameron at Cheeky Chops Pet Salon, beginning her journey as a Groomer Assistant and quickly discovering her natural talent for the craft. Over the past two years, she’s grown into a skilled groomer known for her precision, creativity, and deep love for dogs. Her artistic eye and gentle touch shine through in every groom, bringing out each dog’s unique personality and charm.
A lifelong animal lover, Brook’s genuine compassion and patience make her a favorite among clients and pups alike. Whether she’s working with a playful puppy or a senior companion, she takes time to ensure every dog feels calm, comfortable, and cared for. Brook’s dedication, artistry, and kind heart reflect the values that make Cheeky Chops a trusted and joyful place for pets across Yellowknife.

All first-time clients receive a consultation and ALL clients get a session report, so you're up to speed on how your pup did and have personal recommendations on what to do between appointments.

EASE OF USE
Returning clients have the option of adding a Pet Taxi to their grooming appointment, so they don't have to worry about finding time for transportation to & from the salon.

It's not basic with Cheeky Chops. Choose your professional grooming style - from breed standard cuts to beginner Asian fusion style, or any other custom request and we'll make it happen.
